Ticket Stolen In Raid

A $5000 airline ticket to Paris was among property stolen when a man broke into a Wallsend house in September last year, Newcastle Court was told yesterday.
It heard that Mark William Brown broke into another Wallsend house three days later and stole a large quantity of jewellery owned by an elderly woman.
Brown, 24, unemployed, of Fern Street, Islington, pleaded guilty to the five charges and was remanded in custody until May 25.
